Dr. Anacleto B. Millendez, M.D. is the CEO of the ABM International Consultancy, owner of the Center for Holistic, Alternative & Restorative Medicine (CHARM), and the founder of the Beautiful Heart Foundation, Inc. He finished his Bachelor of Arts degree major in Humanities at the University of the Philippines in 1982 and his Doctor of Medicine degree at the Manila Central University in 1986. He was awarded as the Most Outstanding Member for Humanitarian and Community Service from the Filipino-American Association of Greater McAllen in Texas during the Philippine Centennial Independece Day celebration. He is married to Eleanor Campo and they are blessed with two adorable and loving children, Cyril David and Kathleen Anne.

Mrs. Eleanor Campo-Millendez, R. N. serves as the nurse consultant for PEEP and co-owner of the CHARM. She finished her Bachelor of Arts degree major in Economics at the University of Santo Tomas in 1983 and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree at the University of the East Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Medical Center in 1989. Before going to the United States to work, she met her future husband at the Divine Mercy Charity Lying-In Clinic where she worked as a volunteer nurse. During her employment with the Rio Grande Regional Hospital in McAllen, Texas, she was chosen as the 1998 Dr. Frist Humanitarian Awardee (Employee of the Year). Currently, she is connected with Kaiser Permanente Medical Center in Redwood City, CA.

Atty. Maria Rocelle M. Melliza is the PEEP Project Manager for Quezon City and Baguio. She is an alumna of St. Scholastica's College, Manila and De la Salle University, Manila. She got her Bachelor of Arts degree major in Economics and Bachelor of Science in Commerce degree major in Accounting in 1991. She passed the C.P.A. board exams in 1992. After a short stint in the S.G.V. & Co., she proceeded to take up law. She was conferred with the Bachelor of Laws in 2000 at the Arellano College of Law and passed the Philippine Bar Examinations in 2001. She is currently connected with the Department of Public Works and Highways, National Capital Regional Office, as Chief Legal Officer. Although she still single, Atty. Melliza has hands-on experience rearing up handsome and talented 11-year olds twin nephews.

Cyril David C. Millendez will be the PEEP Team Leader for U.S. School Children. Cyril is a fifth grader at St. Cyprian Catholic School in Sunnyvale, CA. He is one of the top students of his class. He plays the violin and the piano, sings in the school choir and designs web sites and discussion forums. He personally takes active participation in his parents business undertakings. When he was six years old, he joined a holiday card drawing competition sponsored by the International Myeloma Foundation where his work was posted in their website. For a while, he enrolled at the San Diego Junior Theater. He is not only an obedient son but a responsible big brother to his sister Kathleen as well. Travelling is one of the many things that he is so passionate about and he has been to different places in the world including the different provinces in the Philippines.

Atty. Roberto B. Millendez is the PEEP Project Manager for Davao and Iloilo City. He was an OIC-Mayor of Pikit, Cotabato, a successful businessman, realtor and a practicing lawyer. A cum laude graduate of the Notre Dame University for his Bachelor of Arts major in Philosophy in 1978, studied first year law at the Ateneo de Davao University in 1978-1979, second year law at the Ateneo de Manila University from 1979-1980, and conferred with the Bachelor of Laws in 1982 at the Notre Dame University and passed the Philippine Bar Examinations in 1983. A member of the Integrated Bar of Philippines and the Free and Accepted Masons of the Philippines. He is married to Mary Liberty Casis of Pikit, Cotabato and they were able to raise three intelligent and responsible lads.

Dr. Ariel Carlito C. Salem, M.D. is presently the Medical Officer of PEEP Philippine Team and a Vemma Independent Contractor-Distributor. He graduated from the Southwestern University College of Medicine, Phil in 1974, finished a 4-year Pediatric Residency at Davao Doctors Hospital and Brokenshire Memorial Hospital in Davao City, Philippines in 1977, and aside from active private practice was CARE Phil Project Development Consultant, Integral Development Services (IDS Phil) Health Programs Manager, SAVE the Children Senior Project Officer. He is an active member of the Community Pediatrics Society of the Phil, and was recepient of Most Outstanding Chapter ( SOCKSARGEN Chapter) when he was its President in 2002. He has traveled to China, India, London, Indonesia, Bangkok as resource person.

Rowynah C. Lucero is the PEEP Camp Directress for Davao City. She is presently the acting program director of the ABM International Consultancy and the assistant secretary of the Beautiful Heart Foundation, Inc. A graduate of Mountain View College in Bukidon with a Bachelor of Science degree in Secondary Education, she had a short teaching stint with Davao Medical School/Philippine College of Technology. She used to be connected with Uraya Land Development, Inc as a Sales Trainor.

Edwina T. Salinas is the Peep Travel Consultant for the U.S. Team. She is also the owner/chef of Boracay Tropical Grill, an authentic Filipino restaurant in Sunnyvale, CA. She is a graduate of Bachelor of Science major in Fisheries at the University of the Philippines in Ilo-ilo. She is happily married to Dr. Dennis Salinas and blessed with 3 good-looking children.

Araceli Carbonell is the PEEP Educator for the U.S. Team . She obtained her degree in Education from the University of the Philippines in History and Behavioral Sciences with high honors. After some years of Teaching in Manila public school, she was lucky to have been granted fellowship under auspices of the UNESCO to do research and teaching in Africa, prior to her immigration to the United States of America. She also tried to pursue her post graduate courses in Education at the University of California in Berkeley, and San Francisco State University in San Francisco; also a recipient of the scholarship granted by the AMERICORPS. Presently, she is a part-time realtor and president/founder of the Bayanihan Cultural Organization, a local dance troupe based in Hayward, CA showcasing Filipino folk dances.

Errol Fitz-ner Tumang is the PEEP Camp Director for Davao City. He is a third year college student of the Ateneo de Davao University taking up Management Accounting. Currently, Mr. Tumang is the acting Chief of Staff of the ABM International Consultancy.
